Welcome to Bikram Yoga! Beginners are always welcome!
If you have never taken a Bikram Yoga class, there are just a few things to keep in mind:
The Bikram Classes offered at our studios are for Beginners & Advanced students alike.
The studios are warm, so dress accordingly, i.e. shorts, tank tops, etc.
We recommend that you don't eat at least 2 hours before class.
New students please arrive at least 15 minutes before class begins.
A mat, towel & water are required for every class. You may rent or buy each or all of these items at our studio or you may bring your own.
be prepared to sweat!
