In each Bikram Yoga Class, You will work every muscle, tendon, joint, ligament, internal organ and gland
while systematically moving fresh, oxygenated blood to 100% of your body. You are going to be feeling so good!

How To Prepare
Come on an empty stomach.
Be well hydrated.
Wear proper attire. Women dress in shorts and a sports bra or t-shirt; men wear comfortable shorts.
If you are under 18 years of age, please have a parent or guardian sign the registration form in the appropriate place.
What To Bring With You
A yoga mat. If you do not have a mat, one will be provided for the first class; thereafter, mats are available for rent or for sale.
Large bath-size towel for your mat. If you wish to shower here, please bring an additional towel. Towels are also available for rent.
Water or water bottle. We also have water for sale.

When Arriving At The Studio
Sign-in and register upon arrival to the studio.
Please turn off your cell phone upon arrival; even better, please leave it in your car.
Avoid wearing perfume, scented lotions, and excess jewelry or watches.
Out of respect for your teacher and fellow students, please maintain silence in the yoga room during and after class.
Leave the yoga room quietly by walking softly, rolling your mat carefully, and shutting the door gently.
Help Keep The Studio Clean
Remove and put your shoes in the lobby or hallway. No shoes are permitted in the changing rooms or practice room.
Take your personal belongings with you after class.
Please pick up after yourself in the changing room.
